Hey there, Carrd creators and enthusiasts! We're thrilled to have you here — a space dedicated to showcasing some of the best Carrd websites and designers from around the world. Before you begin your Carrd adventures of inspiration, we kindly ask that you thoroughly review our Terms of Service.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By accessing and using our website, you consent to adhere to these terms and conditions. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using or accessing our site.

DESCRIPTION: This website is a platform showcasing a curated collection of Carrd websites and templates. We display screenshots and images of third-party Carrd websites submitted by users for the purpose of sharing design inspiration. Users can submit their own Carrd websites, provided they meet the design criteria, for a chance to be featured on the platform.

WEBSITE SUBMISSION: By submitting your Carrd website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute screenshots/images of your submitted website on the platform for promotional and editorial purposes. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party content (e.g., images, videos) included on your website. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our submission criteria. To ensure that the collection of Carrds stays up-to-date, previously submitted and approved Carrd sites may be reviewed periodically to ensure the criteria is met. If a Carrd has changed design or styling significantly since original submission, or displays a 404 page, the submission may be removed without notice and require re-submission.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP: You retain ownership of your website and its content. However, by submitting your website to our platform, you grant us the rights necessary to feature your website's screenshots or images. We are not responsible for any third-party content or links associated with the websites submitted to the platform.

USER CONDUCT: When using the website, you agree not to:
• Use the platform to engage in any unlawful or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the website in any way.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or quality of the content on the platform. By using the website, you agree that we are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your use of the website or any content submitted or shared.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: We do not guarantee that our website will be free of errors or uninterrupted, nor do we ensure that any defects will be rectified. We make no claims about the precision, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our website's content.

GOVERNING LAW: The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of The United States, irrespective of its conflict of law principles.

Thank you for reviewing our Terms of Service.
